We are proud to offer our 15 years of chemical sales and service to customers in Western Canada. With chemical/service technicians located in all four Western Provinces, we being you multiple choices of chemical offerings, our service commitment and our expertise. Whether you choose the branded Environmental safe Turtle Wax Industrial Chemicals with its wide variety of detergents, degreasers, pre-soaks, waxes and speciality products complete with loyalty programs and signage or TD's Blue Devil Chemical line with larger barrel sizes, industrial strength and environmental safe, both product lines come with pricing choices based on service, freight and reporting choices. Custom signage and preventative maintenance packages are offered at competitive rates to complement these programs. Dispensing equipment and chemical set-up is included at no charge in our program with a chemical contract. All our carwash chemicals are environmentally friendly, safe for your staff and customers and gentle on the earth's resources. We teach you about your chemicals, how they work, go over WHIMIS information and general operation. Service visits are dictated by your wash volume and service package choice. Preventative Maintenance Programs
On-going maintenance of your car wash site is a key factor in the success of your business. The ensure long-term profitability and longevity of your equipment, TD Industries offers a variety Preventative Maintenance programs to assist our clients in keeping their wash sites maintained and operating smoothly.

Whether it is weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or scheduled according to volume, we will custom design your PM program to optimise your time, keep your site operational and work with your budget. We want to make your wash more profitable and be your service partner.

Mechanical PM Programs

Service programs can be once a year or once a month depending on your needs. We start off with an inspection of the equipment and the performance, check the hoses, change oil on the pumps, adjust settings, check the pressure and water and electrical supply, grease, lubricate and test the equipment. We test the coin box, vacuum and blow out dust and debris when necessary.

We check and change out nozzles where needed, check guns for leakage, adjust and tighten booms and replace when necessary. We check the pumps, belts, motors, solenoids, tanks and water feed, water softener/conditioner, reclaim and boilers in necessary in the back room.

This program is customized to your needs, budget and volume of your wash as to frequency, depth and price. The cost is quoted to you and a contract is signed with both parties.

Chemical PM Programs

Chemical PM programs are a necessary part of the performance and cost control at your wash. Our tech's meet with you to discuss your concerns and check the equipment for performance issues before starting the chemical. They tritrate the chemical, check the chemical dispensing system and measure the cleaning performance in the bay. The water softness is measured for hardness which makes your chemical work harder and costs more. Cost reporting can also be done at some sites in conjunction with the owners volume and costs information. Tip sizes, chemical changes and seasonal changes are suggested and can be implemented at the PM with or without the mechanical PM.

TD can provide location studies for a car wash site, with the same format as detailed in the feasibility study on a mini version. Not as much research is done in depth, and the pro forma is simpler.
